Davis Spring is a community of approximately 550 one and two-story homes. We're located on Parmer Lane, about one mile north of the Hwy 620 intersection, just next door to the Avery Ranch community. 

The community is located near the "intersection" of three cities -- Austin, Cedar Park and Round Rock -- but all are within the Round Rock Independent School District (RRISD). This district enjoys an excellent reputation for the quality of education and is considered one of the more desirable ISDs in the area. We are close to many of the major "high tech" employers in Austin.  Shopping and restaurants are also close by and we are just a few miles from Lake Line Mall.  The Avery Ranch public golf course is just up the road from us. 

Davis Spring is also the home of Holy Family Catholic School and Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church
